Before Your Portrait Session

To ensure the best experience, we ask that the portrait area be free of clutter (please move any furniture, plants, or wall decor) and backed by a solid wall that measures at least 10 feet wide by 9 feet high, with no overhead obstructions like chandeliers or low-hanging fixtures. The photographer will work from about 8–9 feet in front of the setup, so we need an open, clear space around the area to maintain smooth guest flow and safety. Overall, we require a 10×10 ft footprint with 10–11 ft of vertical clearance.

Please make sure the space has access to a standard power outlet. For outdoor setups, coverage is required — we’re happy to review these requests on a case-by-case basis, as wind, direct sun, or rain may impact the equipment.
